These nacho-sliced jalapenos-in-a-pouch and individual whole jalapenos-in-a-pouch became the staple products of the company. Popular as a pairing for nachos and hot dogs at convenience stores and concessions stands, Tito’s portion-pack jalapeno packets began popping up all over the country, followed by portion-pack cascabellas and, more recently, pickles-in-a-pouch.

Thanks to a devoted and knowledgeable staff, combined with the latest packaging technologies, Tito’s outgrew our original San Antonio facility and relocated to the nearby town of New Braunfels, Texas. In response to customer demand, we added 12-oz deli cups of jalapenos and cascabella peppers, which are perfect for retail and concession stands that want to provide more variety to their customers to dispense their own peppers and chiles. These 12 oz cups of chiles proved to be the perfect complement to our pouch jalapenos and specialty peppers, becoming an in-demand item in our product line.

Due to the success of our individual jalapeno packs and our other portion-pack peppers, Tito’s introduced our full line of single-serve pickle slices and later the pouch pickles—including flavors such as Hot & Spicy Dill, Kosher Dill, and old-fashioned Jumbo Dill Pickles. These jumbo dill pickle packs immediately took off and quickly outsold the single-serve sliced pickles. Today, Tito’s now focuses on this popular category of pickles-in-a-pouch.

Our pickles are grown in Texas, processed in Texas, and packaged at our facility here in Texas, and as a result, Tito’s is a proud member of the Texas Department of Agriculture’s Go Texan program. Whenever possible, we use these grower relationships to support our needs for our jalapeno packs as well. We’re not called Texas Tito’s for nothing!
