Brie & Prosciutto Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
- 6- 7 jalapeños
- 1 wheel of Brie
- 8 slice of prosciutto
- onion maple jam
- honey hog hot rub
Method
- Start by assembling the poppers.
- Place then on the grill cheese side down to avoid it leaking out.
- Smoke at 250 for 1 hour or oven 400 for 7 – 8 minutes.
- Enjoy!
